About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily scheduling and deployment of cleaning staff to various client sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery and inquiries.
• Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and quality standards.
• Manage the inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Process and respond to client feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a coordination or scheduling role , ideally within the cleaning or facilities sector.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
