About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Cleaning Services Coordinator to manage and oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in and around Bristol . This role involves coordinating cleaning schedules, managing cleaning teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and liaising with clients. You will play a key part in maintaining the operational efficiency and high standards of cleanliness that our clients expect. This hybrid role allows for a mix of on-site supervision and remote administrative tasks, offering a balanced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily activities and scheduling of cleaning staff across various locations in the Bristol region.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning services meet the highest quality standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient distribution.
• Liaise effectively with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Ensure all cleaning operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in the training and development of cleaning personnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cleaning coordination , supervision, or management role.
• Strong understanding of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities for client and staff interaction.
• Familiarity with health and safety legislation relevant to cleaning services.
• Ability to travel to different sites within the South West England area.
