About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Cleaning Services Manager to lead their cleaning operations in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for staff scheduling, training, quality control, and resource management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and train a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and operational plans for all assigned areas.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, including procurement, inventory control, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a management or supervisory role within the cleaning industry.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
