About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Cleaning Services Team Lead to guide their cleaning operations in Plymouth . In this role, you will supervise a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring efficient task allocation, high-quality service delivery, and adherence to safety standards. You will act as a point of contact for operational matters, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all stakeholders within the facilities in Devon . This position requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure completion to high standards.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of cleaning work to ensure compliance.
• Manage the stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting needs to management.

Requirements
