With a deep understanding of the finance landscape, we support clients ranging from leading professional services firms to established regional practices and multi-service professional groups, delivering tailored talent solutions that drive business performance.
We are partnering with a well-established, award-winning independent accountancy practice with a strong local reputation and a loyal client base.
The practice has built an excellent reputation over many years for delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services to businesses and individuals. It combines the personal service and close client relationships of an independent practice with a modern, technology-led approach to the way it operates.
The business has invested heavily in its systems and technology, allowing its team to work efficiently and spend more time focused on clients. It offers a professional but down-to-earth working environment, with direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity for experienced individuals to take real ownership of their client relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful practice at an important stage of its continued development and succession planning.
The Role
As a Client Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of established clients, acting as a trusted point of contact and providing a high-quality service across their accounting and tax requirements.
You will build strong, long-term relationships with business owners and individuals, understanding their circumstances and providing practical advice and support.
This is a genuinely client-facing position for an experienced practice accountant who enjoys working directly with clients and wants the autonomy to manage their own portfolio. Provide clients with practical accounting and tax advice
Attend client meetings and develop a strong understanding of individual client businesses
Identify opportunities to provide additional services and support to clients

Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality client service
Support and provide guidance to junior members of the team where required
