You will manage inbound communications, provide solutions, and act as a key liaison between clients and internal departments. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing dedicated support and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate communication between clients and relevant internal teams to expedite problem-solving.
