My client, a leading software and professional services organisation, is looking for a Client Delivery Consultant to join their established Belfast-based delivery team. You will join a growing technology business providing industry-leading software solutions to multinational organisations operating within highly regulated sectors. Working alongside clients, delivery teams and customer success functions, you will play an important role in delivering projects successfully, driving adoption and supporting long-term client relationships.

As a Client Delivery Consultant , you will oversee multiple client implementations from initial discovery through to go-live and transition into business-as-usual support. You will gather and assess client requirements, translate business processes into effective solutions, manage risks and milestones, and develop strong stakeholder relationships throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will also contribute to demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and solution design, while supporting continuous improvements across delivery processes.

The Person

• Previous experience in client delivery, implementation, consulting, project delivery or customer-facing technology roles.
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with client data and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Basic SQL knowledge with a logical approach to solution design.
• Understanding of finance, accounting, compliance, regulatory or tax-related processes.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience with pre-sales, demonstrations or proof-of-concepts would be beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality delivery.
• Collaborative, proactive and customer-focused approach.
