Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Academy Client Development Coordinator for client based in Cumbernauld, near Glasgow. Due to the location it is an advantage to drive with own transport. This is fully onsite and also there may be occasional travel to England for team building.
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break
Our client is looking for a friendly, organised and commercially minded Academy Client Development Coordinator to join a busy team in Cumbernauld.
This is a varied client services role combining telephone-based client development, course administration and practical support for face-to-face training. You will be a key point of contact for clients and delegates, helping them choose the right training, converting enquiries into bookings and ensuring they receive a professional and well‑organised service throughout.
The role supports training across health and safety, food safety, ISO management systems, auditing, risk and compliance.
What you will be doing
- Responding to enquiries by telephone, email, website and CRM.
- Understanding clients’ training needs and recommending suitable courses.
- Preparing quotations and following up enquiries to secure bookings.
- Making planned outbound calls to existing, previous and prospective clients.
- Identifying opportunities for repeat bookings, additional delegates and related courses.
- Managing delegate bookings from initial enquiry through to attendance, certification and follow‑up.
- Maintaining accurate client, delegate, course and booking information.
- Preparing course materials, delegate packs and training documents.
- Liaising with trainers and awarding bodies, including IOSH and NEBOSH.
- Supporting the smooth running of face‑to‑face courses.
- Helping clients and delegates with changes, transfers, cancellations and general enquiries.

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
