We are seeking an experienced Client Director to join a leading change and transformation consultancy, helping organisations across the Energy & Utilities sector turn strategy into measurable business outcomes. This is a senior commercial and leadership opportunity for a consultant with strong Energy & Utilities experience , particularly within the Water sector , who can lead client relationships, drive account growth and deliver complex transformation programmes. Key Responsibilities Lead business development, account leadership and consulting delivery across Energy & Utilities. Build and develop trusted relationships with senior client executives . Identify, shape and sell new consulting opportunities. Lead complex transformation engagements across change, programme management and technology delivery . Develop creative solutions to complex client challenges. Lead, coach and develop high-performing consulting teams. Drive significant client account growth and contribute to wider business strategy. Develop Energy & Utilities thought leadership through industry networks, events and publications. Support proposals, bids and solution development. Experience You'll Need 10+ years' experience in management consulting, advisory, professional services or Big 4 consulting. Strong Energy & Utilities experience is essential , ideally with a background in the Water sector . Proven track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements. Strong relationships with senior-level executives . Demonstrable success in business development, proposals and selling consulting solutions . Experience growing existing client accounts and developing new business. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience building and developing high-performing consulting teams. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or professional certifications advantageous. Must be authorised to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. What's on Offer £120,000 £135,000 salary. Bonus. Travel allowance.
