Client Engagement Executive - Lead Gen & Calls (On-Site)

AFH Financial Group in Bromsgrove is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to join our contact centre on-site, 5 days a week. You will handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls generated through marketing activity.

Reporting to the Client Engagement Manager, you will follow FCA-compliant scripts, identify customer needs, and maintain records in our CRM while aiming to meet quality targets and participate in ongoing training.
