Client Experience Team Lead — Welcome Desk (Bank)

Portico in Edinburgh is seeking a Welcome Team Leader to oversee a large front-of-house team serving a major international bank. You will lead, coach and develop colleagues to deliver exceptional client care and personal service to visitors, clients and internal stakeholders.

Shifts are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 6 pm, with a salary of £33,945. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a 5-star customer service environment and strong AV/conferencing skills.
