Client-Focused Residential Property Manager

Lambert Smith Hampton is seeking a Property Manager to deliver management services for residential and mixed-use portfolios. You will be the direct interface with Clients/Freeholders and Leaseholders within your portfolio, ensuring a proactive, customer‑focussed service.

You will develop and maintain service standards in line with Lambert Smith Hampton policies and regulatory requirements, carrying out inspections, budgeting, meetings, correspondence, and handling breaches of the lease.
