We’re looking for a friendly and organised Client Onboarding Concierge to support new clients through a smooth and professional onboarding experience. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process.

• Respond to client questions clearly and professionally.

• Coordinate onboarding steps, appointments and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding information.

• Resolve basic issues and escalate complex queries when required.

• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

• Keep clients informed throughout each stage of onboarding.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.

• Good organisation and attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing multiple client conversations and tasks.

• Confident using digital systems and learning new tools.

• Previous customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not essential.
