Neueda is seeking a Client Operations Lead to support online and in-person training programmes within a client environment. You will manage resource scheduling, drive process improvements, and provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and programme delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years in client-facing operations analysis, strong data analysis skills, and experience leading teams. A proactive, collaborative, and fast-moving mindset is essential for success in our Belfast-based team.
