Client Relationship Advisor - Insurance
Hybrid Working | Career Development & Bonus Scheme
Location: Taunton, Somerset (Hybrid Working)
Hybrid Working: Full-time office-based during probation. Following successful completion, you'll work from the office 2-3 days per week and the remainder from home.
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Bonus Scheme (OTE circa £35,000)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role
As an Insurance Advisor, you'll play a key role in building relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy a mix of client interaction, relationship building, business development, and solution-focused advice.
Key Responsibilities
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable insurance solutions
Providing clear, professional advice across a range of insurance products
Generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to completion
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business goalsWhat We're Looking For
We're open-minded about background and experience. You may already work in insurance, or you could come from another regulated or customer-focused sector.
You'll be:
A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport with people
Naturally consultative and customer-focused
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals
Experienced in sales, account management, customer service, financial services, insurance, banking, recruitment, estate agency, or a similar environment
Interested in professional development and industry qualifications
