Client Relationship & Business Development Executive

A unique opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious heritage business specialising in ceremonial, professional and formal attire.

We're looking for a highly organised, commercially-minded individual who enjoys building client relationships, attending events, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on ceremonial uniform and attire requirements
• Managing customer enquiries and sales support activities
• Taking client measurements and coordinating fittings
• Supporting UK and international events and business trips
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Assisting with stock management, invoicing and account administration

Ideal candidates will have experience in account management, customer relationship management, sales support, luxury retail, events, tailoring, formalwear, or business development.
