Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and advice.

- Conduct initial needs assessments to identify client requirements and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and service provision.
- Liaise with service providers to facilitate smooth access to support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within the social care or voluntary sector.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of local Brighton and East Sussex support services.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
