Our client is looking for an engaging and resourceful Client Support Representative to join their team in Birmingham . In this role, you will be the primary liaison between the company and its valued clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. You will handle a range of inquiries, provide solutions, and build strong relationships, contributing significantly to client retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Address client questions and concerns via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Guide clients through product features, troubleshooting common issues, and providing solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs within the designated CRM system .
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve service delivery.
- Contribute to developing FAQs and knowledge base articles for clients and internal use.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as customer service or account management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and customer relationship management software.
- Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with strong self-management skills.
