Our client is seeking a proactive and empathetic Client Support Specialist to join their fully remote team, serving the community from Belfast . This position is pivotal in ensuring that clients receive timely and effective assistance through various digital communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for clients needing support, guidance, and information regarding services. This remote-first role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing a high standard of client care, all managed from your home office. You'll play a key part in maintaining client satisfaction and facilitating access to essential support systems across Northern Ireland .
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information and guidance on services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Assist clients in navigating digital platforms and accessing necessary resources.
- Document all client interactions and support provided accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex client issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Contribute to the development of support resources and FAQs for clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service, client support, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
