Climate & Nature Fund Investment Lead

Manpower is seeking an interim Investment Manager for the Climate & Nature Fund to drive global program investments across supply chains. Based at Blackfriars, London, with a mix of remote and onsite work, the role runs until July 2027.

It involves managing a cross-functional team and coordinating with procurement, sustainability, and finance leaders. The successful candidate will have 10–15 years in finance/impact investment, strong stakeholder management, and may hold CFA.
