Climbing Gym Crew Member — Free Climbs & Flexible Hours

The Climbing Hangar Exeter is seeking a friendly part-time team member to greet climbers, help newcomers onto the wall, and support coaching for all ages. You’ll also handle coffee service and keep the venue clean and safe, with a flexible daytime/evening/weekend rota.

We offer 28 days holiday pro-rata, free climbs for you and a friend, cafe discounts, and access to wellbeing support and development opportunities. DBS checks apply for coaching roles.
