Clinic Administrative Assistant — Flexible Hours & Diary Mgmt

West Suffolk College is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Moreton Hall clinic in Bury St Edmunds, with an immediate start for 20–25 hours per week. There is potential travel to Frinton-on-Sea for additional shifts.

You will handle phones, emails, referrals, client and therapist liaison, diary management, patient reception, invoicing, and ensure the clinic remains clean and presentable.

Closing date: 30/09/2026. Role based at Bury St Edmunds with occasional travel as needed.
