Clinical Lead – Elderly & Dementia Care

FIND | Creating Futures is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead for a high-quality nursing, residential and dementia care home in Southampton. You will join the senior management team to deliver strong clinical leadership, drive quality and maintain outstanding standards of care.

In this role, you will work alongside the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure residents receive person-centred care while leading clinical teams and maintaining compliance. A valid NMC pin is required.
