Clinical Lead Nurse — Kind Care Champion

HC-One is seeking a Clinical Lead to reinforce compassionate, person-centred care in our care homes across the country. You will provide specialist nursing guidance, support the Home Manager in their absence, and coach colleagues to maintain high standards of care with a strong emphasis on empathy.

You will be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, capable of mentoring staff and delivering safeguarding training.
