Purosearch is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead / Nurse Care Manager (RGN) for a modern nursing home in Milton Keynes. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor the nursing team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care in a CQC-rated Good environment.

You will collaborate with GPs and external professionals, oversee governance and participate in the on-call rota, driving clinical excellence and resident welfare across the service.
