Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Day Shifts, Quality Care

WillingCare nursing home in New Milton is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to provide hands-on clinical leadership across the home, 36 hours per week with day shifts.

You will support older adults with complex nursing needs, ensuring care is person-centred and aligned with residents' health goals. The role involves coordinating the care team, maintaining Good CQC standards, building relationships with residents and families, and continuously improving quality of care.
