Clinical Lead, Post-Covid Care & Pathway Innovation

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 7 Post Covid Service Lead to clinically lead the Calderdale Post Covid service. You will work with a multiprofessional team delivering symptom-based rehabilitation, providing expert triage, assessment, treatment and clinical coordination within the pathway.
