Clinical Lead – Post-Covid Recovery Service

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 clinician to clinically lead the Post Covid service in Calderdale. You will join a multiprofessional team delivering symptom-based rehabilitation, triage, assessment and clinical coordination with a strong focus on self-management.

You will work with primary and secondary care partners to develop the service, supported by training and supervision across the Trust.
