I'm currently working with a nationally recognised law firm that continues to invest heavily in the growth of its Birmingham Clinical Negligence practice.

The successful candidate will join an established and highly regarded team handling a broad spectrum of complex medical negligence litigation. The work regularly involves serious and catastrophic injury claims, providing excellent exposure to technically demanding cases and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the sector.

Your caseload will include matters involving:

• Brain injury
• Birth injury
• Delayed diagnosis
• Surgical negligence
• Fatal claims
• Orthopaedic injuries
• Other complex Clinical Negligence litigation

Alongside running your own files, you'll assist on significant, high-value claims and work closely with leading experts, Counsel and healthcare professionals to achieve the very best outcomes for clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys technically challenging litigation but also wants to work in an environment where client care is genuinely at the heart of everything they do.

We're keen to speak with solicitors who have:

• Around 3-5 years' PQE within Clinical Negligence
• Experience managing their own claimant caseload
• Strong litigation and case management skills
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication abilities
• A genuine passion for representing clients who have suffered life-changing injuries
