Clinical Nurse Lead – Care Home Management

Bupa’s The Arkley Care Home in Arkley, Barnet is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to lead nursing care and guide a dedicated team. The role offers up to £60,000 per annum, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday with occasional nights or weekends and a welcome bonus of £2,000.

You will create and update individual care plans, maintain accurate medication records, manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing, and provide day-to-day clinical support.
