Clinical Nurse Specialist - Cancer Care & Pathway Lead

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust in England is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join the CAT Team on a secondment.

You will provide high-quality cancer nursing care across the pathway, coordinate care with the MDT, run nurse-led clinics and reviews, and support patients and carers with information and emotional support. The role is 22.5 hours per week with ongoing care coordination and service improvement responsibilities.
