Clinical Nurse Specialist - Respiratory Centre Deputy

Work autonomously and collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and develop patient-centred care pathways across services. Supervise, mentor and support nursing staff and students whilst being a role model for all and contribute to inter-professional team working. Excellent communication, leadership and team-working skills, with the ability to support patients, colleagues and learners effectively. Provide specialist respiratory advice, assessment, education and support to patients, their carers and other health care professionals. The post holder would ideally have access to a vehicle and a valid driving licence. This role operates within core working hours but could include weekend and bank holiday working.
