Clinical Pharmacist - Mental Health (Inpatient & Community)

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a clinical pharmacist to provide patient-facing pharmaceutical care on inpatient wards and in community teams, with a focus on mental health.
