Clinical Pharmacist - Outpatient Care & Leadership

SWFT Clinical Services Ltd is seeking a Pharmacist to deliver safe, patient-centred pharmaceutical services in an outpatient setting at George Eliot Hospital. The role includes clinical and accuracy checks, medicines advice to patients and clinical teams, and supporting oral chemotherapy processes.

The post holder will contribute to daily pharmacy operations, staff development, governance, and act as Responsible Pharmacist when required, ensuring timely patient care and service improvements
