Key Responsibilities

• Support medicines optimisation through medication review, reconciliation and prescription review
• Provide expert medicines advice to patients, carers, consultants and staff
• Assist with safe procurement, management and control of medication stock
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits, incident reporting and the introduction of new medicines and therapies

About You

You are a registered Pharmacist with the GPhC. You have hospital pharmacy experience and a clinical diploma or equivalent experience. You are an independent prescriber or have experience in secondary care pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist, Hospital Pharmacist or Secondary Care Pharmacist seeking a part-time role with real clinical impact.
