Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

About the Role

Our client, a pioneering pharmaceutical research company in Oxford , is seeking a diligent and experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) . This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials, adhering to strict protocols and regulatory guidelines. You will be responsible for monitoring study sites, collecting data, and ensuring the safety and rights of trial participants. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to combine remote administrative tasks with on-site visits to research facilities, contributing to life-saving medical advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, SOPs, and GCP guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical data and source documentation.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with investigators, study coordinators, and site staff.
• Manage trial-related materials and ensure proper drug accountability.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate any issues or deviations that may arise during the trial.
• Prepare and submit monitoring visit reports and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent monitoring and site management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to travel to study sites as required.
