Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their growing team in Sunderland . In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials, conducting site visits, and verifying data integrity to uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical research. You will serve as a key liaison between the study sponsor and clinical trial sites, fostering strong relationships and ensuring protocol adherence. This is a vital position contributing to the development of new medicines, working within a supportive structure that values compliance and scientific rigor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits according to clinical trial protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical trial data collected at investigational sites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, study protocols, and investigator site responsibilities.
• Manage communication and relationships with investigators, site staff, and study sponsors.
• Prepare and present monitoring visit reports and address any identified issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate .
• Thorough understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to conduct effective site monitoring visits and data verification.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
