Clinical Research Associate - Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join their fully remote team. This critical role involves overseeing the conduct of clinical trials in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements. You will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of clinical data, supporting the smooth progression of research studies that contribute to advancing pharmaceutical treatments. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at independent work and communication, contributing to groundbreaking pharmaceutical research from the comfort of their own home.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to protocols, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical data through source data verification.
• Manage communication between study sites, investigators, and the internal project team.
• Identify, track, and resolve site-level issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare and present reports on study progress, site performance, and potential risks.
• Ensure all study-related documentation is maintained accurately and according to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or in a similar monitoring role.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote , autonomous setting.
