Clinical Research Associate

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a meticulous and dedicated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their expanding team in Coventry . This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials, overseeing site compliance, and guaranteeing the integrity and quality of the data collected. You will play a key role in bringing innovative pharmaceutical treatments to patients by working closely with investigative sites and internal study teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of clinical trial regulations and best practices, contributing to a culture of ethical research and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical data through source data verification.
• Manage communication and relationships with principal investigators and site staff.
• Identify, assess, and resolve issues that may impact study conduct or data integrity.
• Prepare and present monitoring visit reports to study management.
• Ensure timely collection of regulatory documents and case report forms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a similar monitoring role.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with site personnel.
• Willingness to travel frequently to clinical sites within the assigned region, based in Coventry .
