About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their dynamic clinical operations team based in Coventry . This role is crucial for ensuring the successful and compliant execution of clinical trials, managing site interactions and data integrity. You will play a key part in bringing new medicines to patients by overseeing the conduct of studies according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both from home and at the clinical sites, requiring travel to support study activities effectively and contributing to the advancement of life-changing pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical data reported by study sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigators and study site staff, providing support and guidance.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage study documentation and essential regulatory documents, maintaining organized site files.
• Identify, document, and escalate study conduct issues and risks to project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a similar clinical trial role.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Proven experience in site monitoring and data management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to clinical sites as required.
