About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their expanding team in Coventry . In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials, monitoring sites, and upholding the highest standards of data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with investigators, site staff, and internal teams to facilitate the smooth progression of studies, contributing directly to the development of life-saving therapies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, interim, and close-out visits for clinical trial sites according to protocols and GCP guidelines.
• Monitor trial conduct to ensure adherence to protocol, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical data through source data verification (SDV).
• Train and support site personnel on study procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage investigational product accountability and drug release at assigned sites.
• Prepare and submit monitoring reports and escalate site issues promptly to project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a similar monitoring role.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in conducting site visits, monitoring data, and managing relationships with clinical sites.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with site staff.
