We're now looking for a Clinical Researcher to join us on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for this to be extended. The Rewards

Your Role As a Clinical Researcher, you will create and maintain high-quality, accurate clinical content for our solutions. You will input and quality-check clinical and non-clinical data, ensuring content meets established Editorial Policies, Work Instructions and quality standards. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will help resolve customer enquiries, support project activities and identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical content development and delivery. Additionally, you will:
• Review and update Editorial Policies and Work Instructions
• Support data releases and ensure agreed workload targets are met
• Support the training and development of colleagues
• Explore process optimisation, AI, automation and emerging technologies while maintaining clinical governance, quality and patient safety

About You

To be considered as a Clinical Researcher, you will need:

• Experience in clinical content maintenance
• The ability to accurately complete data entry of complex (clinical) information
• Excellent logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear business-writing skills
• Strong research capabilities
• An HNC/HND, BTEC or equivalent or a 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant science-oriented subject The closing date for this role is 6th October 2026.
