Education/Qualification
Essential criteria
- Significant NHS operational management experience
- Evidence of continuing personal and professional development
- Management qualification or equivalent experience
- Professional clinical qualification or significant NHS experience
Desirable criteria
- Experience of managing patient care services

Essential criteria
- Significant recent experience of working at a senior level
- Substantial experience of working in community healthcare services delivering patient care
- Change management and service transformation experience related to the planning and delivery of work in a clinical setting
- Experience of staff management
- Experience of budget management

- Experience of managing patient care services
Skills and Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Essential ability to rapidly build credibility with all levels in the Trust, including senior managers and clinicians
- Ability to persuade clinicians to engage with, implement and embed change
- High level competence and computer literacy including MS Office, and clinical systems
- Proven ability to manage, analyse data and sound organisational skills
- Understanding of the National Drivers of the wider health andsocial care economies, how they affect CLCH and their practical application to service delivery
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of quality governance
- Understanding and knowledge of the need to use evidence based practice in the development and delivery of clinical services
- Knowledge of managing difficult situations and conflict resolution
