Job Description
Active Care Group is recruiting a Clinical Team Leader (RMN) for Holybourne Hospital in London. Lead nursing teams and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults with complex mental health conditions in a 41-bed acute unit.
You will supervise staff, coordinate care from assessment to discharge, and liaise with patients, families and carers while providing flexible hours across days, nights and weekends. Adhere to the NMC Code and maintain clinical excellence.
