Clinical Trial Manager

About the Role

Our client seeks an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials in Coventry . This role is crucial for ensuring that clinical studies are conducted in accordance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards. You will manage all aspects of trial operations, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation, working collaboratively with investigators, study sites, and internal teams to achieve trial objectives efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical trial plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for trials conducted in Coventry .
• Oversee the selection, training, and management of clinical investigational sites and associated personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Monitor trial progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers involved in clinical trial execution.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, health science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory submission processes.
• Proven experience in managing multi-center clinical trials and interacting with regulatory authorities.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to sites as needed for monitoring and oversight.
