Clinical Trial Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinical Trial Manager to lead and oversee clinical trials from initiation through to closure, working in a fully remote capacity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex multi-center clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the efficient and successful execution of trial activities. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and operational plans.
• Oversee the selection, training, and management of clinical trial sites and vendors.
• Ensure trial conduct complies with all applicable regulatory requirements, SOPs, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Monitor trial progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Manage and mentor clinical research associates (CRAs) and other study personnel.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., regulatory, data management, biostatistics) and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management , with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated experience managing all phases of clinical trials, from startup to closeout.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP , FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills, crucial for remote team management.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions in a remote environment.
