Clinical Trial Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the execution of clinical trials within their Coventry operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that trials are conducted according to protocol, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines. You will be instrumental in managing all aspects of study conduct, from initiation to close-out, collaborating closely with site staff, investigators, and internal teams. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of new medicines in a hybrid working model that balances office-based collaboration with remote flexibility, based in the heart of the West Midlands .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage clinical trials from site selection to database lock.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and study protocols.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively for assigned clinical studies.
• Oversee and provide guidance to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other study personnel.
• Liaise with investigational sites, ethics committees, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical industry or CRO.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes , ICH-GCP, and regulatory submissions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple trials simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
