Clinical Trial Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the execution of complex clinical trials within their dynamic research department in Liverpool . This essential, office-based role involves managing all aspects of clinical trials, from protocol development through to final study report, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to all regulatory and ethical standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clinical sites, and ensure the integrity and quality of trial data. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of new pharmaceutical therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical trial plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the selection, training, and management of clinical research sites and investigators.
• Ensure all trial activities comply with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
• Manage study vendors, including CROs, central labs, and data management providers.
• Monitor trial progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective action plans.
• Facilitate communication among study team members, investigators, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, healthcare, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial processes , ICH-GCP, and regulatory submission requirements.
• Proven experience in managing multiple clinical trials simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
