Clinical Trial Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinical Trial Manager to oversee clinical research operations from Norwich . This role is integral to the successful planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, budgets, and timelines. You will manage cross-functional project teams, including CRAs, data managers, and statisticians, to deliver high-quality data that supports the development of innovative pharmaceutical products. This is an excellent opportunity to lead impactful research projects within the Pharmaceutical sector, driving therapeutic advancements and contributing to patient well-being from our Norfolk base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive clinical trial plans, including study protocols, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage and mentor clinical trial teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.
• Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including CROs, central labs, and IRBs/ECs.
• Ensure all clinical trial activities are conducted in accordance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management within the Pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex clinical trials from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory submission processes.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
