About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of clinical trials within the pharmaceutical sector. This is a critical role that requires meticulous organization, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements. Working entirely remotely, you will manage all aspects of trial operations, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and timely progression towards study milestones. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who can effectively lead diverse teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to the development of life-saving medicines from a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical trial protocols, budgets, and timelines in alignment with regulatory guidelines and company objectives.
• Oversee the selection and management of investigative sites and vendors, ensuring high performance and adherence to study requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory standards throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Monitor trial progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep studies on track.
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders, investigators, regulatory agencies, and contract research organizations (CROs).
• Lead and motivate cross-functional trial teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented remote working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Phase II and Phase III clinical trials.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management skills, including budget management, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing remote teams effectively.
